Return & Refund Policy

At Fighting Elk Hockey, we take pride in the quality of our merchandise and experiences. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Merchandise Returns

We accept returns only for defective merchandise and only within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

• You must provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect

To initiate a return for a defective item, please contact us at orders@fightingelk.com with your order number and details of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer returns or refunds on the following:

• Clothing or merchandise that is not defective

• Event tickets

• Team registrations

• Camp registrations

• Deposits or payments for player participation

All sales of the above are final.

3. Shipping Returns

If a return is approved, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds for defective items will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
