Adam Bonaldi serves as the General Manager of the Colorado Fighting Elk, bringing a well-established track record of success within the junior hockey landscape. Prior to joining the Fighting Elk, Bonaldi was the Owner and General Manager of the Las Vegas T-Birds, where he led the team to a remarkable 118-51 record over four seasons, highlighted by a Nationals appearance during the 2022–23 campaign. In addition to his team’s on-ice achievements, Bonaldi has been a driving force in player development, advancing more than 30 athletes to higher levels of competition, including Tier II junior leagues, collegiate programs, and professional opportunities. His unwavering commitment to player growth has earned him recognition and respect throughout the junior hockey community. Beyond his leadership with the T-Birds, Bonaldi served as the Pacific Division Competition Committee Representative during the 2024–25 season, contributing meaningfully to league operations and competitive standards. He is also the founder and operator of the Las Vegas College Showcase, an annual event he has led for the past three years to provide critical exposure for aspiring athletes aiming to elevate their hockey careers.
