Jake Tomalak brings more than 24 years of experience in the game of hockey as both a player and a coach. A former team captain at the high school and collegiate levels, Jake’s leadership background has shaped a coaching philosophy rooted in accountability, responsibility, and structure, while fostering an environment where athletes can develop both on and off the ice. Jake has coached at the youth, high school, and semi-professional levels, giving him a broad understanding of player development across multiple stages of the game. In addition to his coaching background, he has served as a scout in the NA3HL with the Sheridan Hawks, providing him with a strong eye for talent evaluation and a clear understanding of what it takes for players to advance to the next level. Passionate about building complete athletes, Jake believes success is earned through preparation, consistent effort, and a team-first mentality. His approach emphasizes discipline, growth, and long-term development, preparing players not only to compete, but to succeed beyond the rink.
